UPDATE: Lukoil RAS net profit doubles to 209 bln rbl in Jan–Sep

MOSCOW, Oct 28 (PRIME) -- The net profit of Russian oil major Lukoil doubled on the year to 209.28 billion rubles in January–September, as calculated under Russian Accounting Standards (RAS), the company said in a report on Monday.
Sales revenue minus value-added tax (VAT) and excise duties doubled to 242.1 billion rubles.
Gross profit more than doubled to 227.78 billion rubles and sales profit more than doubled to 206.2 billion rubles, while cost of sales fell 7.6% to 14.33 billion rubles.
Long-term liabilities fell to 258.4 billion rubles as of September 30 from 278.5 billion rubles as of the end of 2018 and short-term liabilities fell to 732.68 billion rubles from 896.14 billion rubles.
